-Are you using Microsoft Windows 95, 98 or NT? Surround Video is Win32 only, it will not run on Windows 3.x systems.
-Are you using IE Version 3.02 or greater? InternetExplorer is available at http://www.microsoft.com/ie/download/.
-ActiveX Content must be enabled.
