" Full use of kitchen and the summer kitchen.
" You can furnish your own, wine, champagne, soft drinks punch or beer.
" Full use of public areas, (including entry foyer, formal living room, dinning room, breakfast room, Florida room, gardens and pool area.)
" Capacity: 100 person seating in pool area.
" Four hour reception (two hour additional set-up and one hour clean-up and breakdown)
" One additional hour for Wedding Ceremony located at the front fountain area or other choice locations.
" Use of tables, chairs and tent ( list available upon request )
